What is iCollect?

iCollect is a local, family run parcel delivery company where we aim to provide a hassle free delivery experience to you by giving you the control of the delivery time. We will hand deliver your parcel when you’re actually home!


How does iCollect work?

When you join iCollect, you’ll receive a unique customer ID and address to enter as your shipping address at the checkout of any online order. When we receive your package, we’ll text you to arrange a convenient, 1,2 or 3 hour delivery window for that same evening if we receive your parcel before 3pm that day. If we receive your parcel after 3pm we will deliver your parcel next day within delivery window chosen by YOU.


How much does it cost?

Any 3 hours ETA window 7am to 9pm£3.99
Any 2 hours ETA window 7am to 9pm£6.99
Any 1 hour ETA window 7am to 9pm£9.99

There are no membership fees, subscriptions, or contracts.

When does iCollect deliver?

iCollect currently delivers Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.


How long will iCollect hold my parcels if they arrive while I’m away?

We can hold on to your packages for up to 21 days.


Are there any restrictions on the packages that iCollect can deliver?

iCollect will not deliver parcels which weigh more than 25kg and the measurements of each package must be less than 1 metre long, 0.7 metres wide and 0.7 metres high. Deliveries weighing 25-32 kg are possible but will be subject to an additional fee of £10 and you may experience a delay in delivery. iCollect are unable to offer “Swap” and “Cash on delivery” services.


Can I use iCollect for parcels that weren’t ordered online?

Absolutely! As long as it is shipped to the iCollect headquarters, we’re happy to deliver it. Many of our members have packages from their friends and family (that’s precious cargo!) sent to their iCollect address.


What if my parcel required a signature?

We’ll take care of any signatures and deliver your package as usual.


When will my parcel arrives into iCollect?

We’ll contact you immediately when your package arrives at our facility! Until then, we have no control over where it is or when it will be delivered. You can contact your shipper or track your package for more information.


Is iCollect a PO Box?

Nope! Your packages are shipped directly to our headquarters, so don’t worry about any of the restrictions of a PO Box.


I live on the sixth floor of a tower block! Will you climb up all my stairs?

Yes! We promise to bring the package right to your door.


What if a phone number is required in my delivery address details?

If you need to include a phone number in your shipping address, you should include iCollect’s customer support number: 01384 624 756. This will help the shipping company get a hold of us if they need help finding our address!


Can I reschedule my delivery after its been setup?

Of course, as long as it is in good time, i.e, our driver is not nearly outside your door! You can always ring our customer support number: 01384 624 756 to switch your delivery window and we will reschedule your delivery.


How is my credit card information stored?

We use a service called Stripe to securely store your card details and process your payments! Stripe handles transactions for thousands of websites and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available.
